I thought I’d post this year’s Christmas Card for everyone. It’s become our tradition to not only feature our son, Thomas, on the front of the card but also include a short letter from him on the inside. Ok, he’s too young to write at the moment so I write it for him, but being his Mum I think I know what he might write if he could.

The First Snow of the Season
I watched the snow beginning to fall last night, but it was bedtime. I said to Mummy & Daddy, “Snowman!” then drifted off for a long sleep. When I woke up I had to go pee so I called for Mummy. I’m potty training and every time I go pee I get a new car toy… oh do I have Mummy & Daddy wrapped around my little finger! Then I wanted to make a snowman. We had pancakes for breakfast then I helped Daddy shovel the driveway – that was hard work!
Mummy helped me make the first big snowball, then Daddy helped and we piled 3 big snowballs on top of each other. Mummy found chestnuts for eyes & a carrot for my snowman’s nose. We put a Santa’s hat on him too. Playing peek-a-boo behind him was fun.
I know who Santa is this year, he goes “Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas” and brings toys. I definitely like Santa. I’m excited this year, not only will Santa bring me toys & lots of them because I’ve been a good boy, but my Nanny is coming from England. Pyke & Ben are coming to my house Christmas Day and I’ll try to be good & share my new toys. I get to go to the airport to find Nanny; she’s coming on an airplane. Mummy says we can find somewhere to cut our own Christmas tree and Nanny can help decorate it with me.
Daddy bought me a Cadbury’s advent calendar. Every morning I get chocolate before breakfast…it’s so yummy.
Bye for now & be good else you won’t get good presents from Santa!
Love Thomas
